Casekiti Return Policy

At Casekiti, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your iPhone 16 Pro Max case, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

  • Condition: The case must be in new, unused condition with original packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Return Process:

  2. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  3. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

Exchanges:

If you need a different color or want to exchange your case, simply follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

In the rare event you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
